Ensure you have entered your username and/or email correctly. If you feel you have entered all details correctly, but the system still does not recognize you, please email alumni@kirkland.com and we can help you troubleshoot.
You have entered an invalid username or password. If you forgot your username and/or the email you used to register, please email alumni@kirkland.com
To change or reset your password, click “Forgot Login?” on the registration page. You will be redirected to a page where you can reset your password by entering your username or email. If your username is in the Alumni database, a new password will be emailed to you with the email account we have on file.
If you do not receive an email or forgot your username and or email that you used to register, email alumni@kirkland.com
Your username can be found in the Welcome email you received once you became an alumni. If you can’t find that email, contact the Alumni team for your username, alumni@kirkland.com
Yes, but you cannot change it on your own. To change your username, please email alumni@kirkland.com
Personal Information & Privacy
We will not disclose or share members’ personal contact information. To reach out to another member, please use the “Directory” function to search and connect with a fellow member. Or you can email alumni@kirkland.com to request non-personal contact information.
Anyone who is registered on the Alumni platform can see your profile. You control what specific information is displayed by configuring your profile and privacy settings.
You can click “Privacy” under your profile icon and choose your specific privacy settings. If you do not want others on the platform to be able to view your profile you can click “Profile invisible to public.” Or you can pick and choose which specific parts of your profile others can see by checking or unchecking specific boxes under the “Privacy settings” and “Profile Information” section under the Privacy tab.
Removing Profile and/or Unsubscribe
You can hide your profile information by clicking on your profile icon and then clicking “Privacy”, then click the pencil icon to edit your specific privacy settings and mark yourself as “invisible”.
If you want your profile to be deleted completely, please email alumni@kirkland.com.
Please email alumni@kirkland.com with “Unsubscribe” in the subject line and we will remove you from all email distribution groups.
Note that this also means you will not receive event invitations.
