  1. Why does the system say it doesn\u2019t recognize me after I entered my credentials?<\/strong><\/pee> Ensure you have entered your username and\/or email correctly. If you feel you have entered all details correctly, but the system still does not recognize you, please email alumni@kirkland.com<\/a><\/b> and we can help you troubleshoot. <\/pee> <\/li>\n

  2. Why am I getting a message about an \u201cincorrect username or password\u201d?<\/strong><\/pee> You have entered an invalid username or password. If you forgot your username and\/or the email you used to register, please email alumni@kirkland.com<\/a><\/b> <\/pee> <\/li>\n

  3. What happens if I forgot my password?<\/strong><\/pee> To change or reset your password, click \u201cForgot Login?\u201d on the registration page. You will be redirected to a page where you can reset your password by entering your username or email. If your username is in the Alumni database, a new password will be emailed to you with the email account we have on file. If you do not receive an email or forgot your username and or email that you used to register, email alumni@kirkland.com<\/a><\/b> <\/pee> <\/li>\n

  4. How can I find out what my username is?<\/strong><\/pee> Your username can be found in the Welcome email you received once you became an alumni. If you can\u2019t find that email, contact the Alumni team for your username, alumni@kirkland.com<\/a><\/b> <\/pee> <\/li>\n

  5. Can I change my username?<\/strong><\/pee> Yes, but you cannot change it on your own. To change your username, please email alumni@kirkland.com<\/a><\/b> <\/pee> <\/li>\n

  6. Can I request other users personal contact information?<\/strong><\/pee> We will not disclose or share members\u2019 personal contact information. To reach out to another member, please use the \u201cDirectory\u201d function to search and connect with a fellow member. Or you can email alumni@kirkland.com<\/a><\/b> to request non-personal contact information. <\/pee> <\/li>\n

  7. Who can see my personal information?<\/strong><\/pee> Anyone who is registered on the Alumni platform can see your profile. You control what specific information is displayed by configuring your profile and privacy settings. \t\t\t\tYou can click \u201cPrivacy\u201d under your profile icon and choose your specific privacy settings. If you do not want others on the platform to be able to view your profile you can click \u201cProfile invisible to public.\u201d Or you can pick and choose which specific parts of your profile others can see by checking or \t\t\t\tunchecking specific boxes under the \u201cPrivacy settings\u201d and \u201cProfile Information\u201d section under the Privacy tab. <\/pee> <\/li>\n

  8. How can I remove my profile and\/or profile information from AlumniLink?<\/strong><\/pee> You can hide your profile information by clicking on your profile icon and then clicking \u201cPrivacy\u201d, then click the pencil icon to edit your specific privacy settings and mark yourself as \u201cinvisible\u201d. If you want your profile to be deleted completely, please email alumni@kirkland.com<\/a><\/b>. <\/pee> <\/li>\n

How do I unsubscribe from all Kirkland & Ellis Alumni emails?<\/strong><\/pee> Please email alumni@kirkland.com<\/a><\/b> with \u201cUnsubscribe\u201d in the subject line and we will remove you from all email distribution groups. \t\t\tNote that this also means you will not receive event invitations. <\/pee> <\/li>\n
